TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 2008 Hawaii Car Rentals include unlimited mileage and require return to the renting location. Drop off charge may apply for one way rentals.
2. Drivers must be 21 years of age or older, with an acceptable driver's license and a major credit card in their own name. Surcharge applies for drivers under 25.
3. Rates are exclusive of fuel, taxes, Airport Fees, Highway Revenue Surcharge and optional insurance.
4. All rentals are subject to car rental company's term and conditions, rates are subject to change and reservations subject to availability.
5. PLEASE cancel your reservation, if your plans change and you do not need the car.
