Best luxury hotel? The USA's best luxury hotel chain doesn't have rooms. Entrepreneur selected Hotel Reservations Network, a free discount hotel booking service, as the best luxury chain in its annual business travel awards. The service beat last year's NO. 1-ranked Four Seasons chain for the top spot. HRN, 1-800-964-6835, can find first-class rooms in New York for $69, a savings of $90, and in Washington for $59, a savings of $90. The service is available in more than 20 cities. "They can get you in some very nice luxury hotels for a substantially reduced price. That's more beneficial to an independent business traveler than a high-end hotel they can't afford anyway," says Chris McGinnis, the magazine's travel columnist.
